At IT restaurant you will eat delicious and light food. It is ideal for you who do not prefer a lot of spices, onion and garlic. Grilled beets with ricotta, escarole, orange, citrus dressing and carob nut 9 euros Would I take it again? Yes

Handmade pie with aromatic seasonal herbs and pine nuts 8 euros Would I take it again? Yes, but to share it with my friends and I would also eat it first because when it cools the pie hardens.

Cyprus potatoes with rosemary 4 euros Would I take it again? Yes

Quinoa (bio) with avocado corn, roasted carrots and tahini cream 13 euros Would I take it again? Probably not because I prefer intense flavors and it was mild enough for my own tastes. Someone who loves the milder flavors would love it. It is filling and eye pleasing.
